2010 Toyota Sequoia safety

Standard safety features include Vehicle Stability Control, traction control, anti-lock brakes brake assist, electronic brakeforce distribution, front side torso airbags and roll-sensing side curtain airbags for all three rows. For the 2010 model knee airbags were added as standard feature for front driver and passenger safety.

50 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid coming to U.S.

Los Angeles - After the success of Toyota's Hybrid Pius in Japan and the U.S., Toyota is now expanding its environment-friendly cars with the Prius plug-in hybrid (PHV). Begin early next year, 150 Toyota Prius PHV will begin arriving in the United States.

Toyota Prius PHV has been launched in Los Angeles Motor Show, Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Toyota Prius Plug-in hybrid (PHV) is based on third-generation Prius. This car batteries can be charged with an outlet.

Toyota intends to expand Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive with the launch of the first generation of lithium-ion battery is embedded in the Prius plug-in hybrid (PHV).

As quoted from the site justauto automotive, Friday (4/12/2009), the Prius plug-in hybrid (PHV) was built specifically to support the global demonstration program that begins this month in America.
